Privacy

What we collect

• Your email address, to create your account and sign you in.
• What you enter about yourself: sex, date of birth, height, weight, activity level and goal.
• What you log: foods and portions, water, weight, and any foods you create.
• Basic technical logs (request time and path) kept by our hosting provider to run the service.
• If a screen shows an error, a short error report (the message, the page and your browser type) so we can fix it. It doesn't include what you've logged.

Some of this is health information. We use it only to calculate your plan and show your progress. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for ads.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: database and sign-in. Your data is stored in their cloud.
• Vercel: hosts the website.
• Resend: sends us (not you) emails about new sign-ups and errors, which include the email address you signed up with.

When you use “Log by photo”, the photo and any description you type are sent to Anthropic (our AI provider) to estimate the foods and calories. We don't store the photo; we keep only the estimated items you choose to log.

Your choices

• You can see and change everything you've logged in the app.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. That permanently removes your profile and every entry, straight away.
• We keep your data only while you have an account.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
